100 Days of Modi 2.0 : Is Country Towards Dictatorship ?

After getting a huge success in the recent Lok-Sabha Elections, Modi Govt comes back in the power with a massive win over 300 seats of its own. After a long time, It is seen that A Single political party got the majority in the lower house of the Parliament. People have very much expectation from this govt and why they shouldn't be, As the ministers during their Election campaign showed many Dreams to their people and Now it's the turn of the Modi 2.0 to fulfill the promises done by them.
It's not worth to judge the govt based on the work done by them in the last 100 Days but This is the era of advertisement and one has to show every small contribution done by them. And through this, they want to gain massive support of their party workers and the people who had chosen him and it will help them in the coming elections in different states.
I want to have your kind attention on some statistics of NDA cum BJP Government of the 100 days of their work.

1. Right To Information(RTI) Act: The center introduced a bill in the Lok Sabha to amend the RTI act, which gives govt the power to fix salaries, tenures and other terms and conditions of employment of Information Commissioners. The govt officials described the previous RTI law very confusing and assure the Parliament that This new bill leads to ease of delivery of RTI act but is it so? Now I want to know what type of liberalization is this? Will Information Commissioners do their duty now without any fear, which I don't think so as now the Govt will decide the salary and tenure of those officials so now there will be some fear in the mind of officials whenever there will be any question asked related to govt work.
Despite the protests of opposition, The bill was passed down in Lok-Sabha as well as in Rajya-Sabha.

2. Motor Vehicle Act: Now this is the most thoughtful decision presented by the govt, which are increasing the fines while caught breaking Rules and updated other Terms and Conditions. I know many people are suffering from this Act because of their habit of breaking Traffic Rules. This Act will make people aware of Traffic rule. But I want to see that Every people, I repeat Every people of this country should be bound to follow the Traffic Rules. It should not be limited to the common people rather should be implemented on every Govt officials as well on the Rich people. And also I want to see this Rule to be followed in small towns and villages as well. only then we can say that we are successful in our mission.

3. POCSO Amendment Act:  This Act was passed by the Parliament which includes the death penalty for aggravated sexual assault on children and Strict actions to be taken for other crimes against minors. This Amendment Bill also provides for fines and imprisonment to curb Child Pornography. Hope this Bill works well against such type of crimes. We have seen many bills to be presented before the Parliament and most of them become law but none of them has worked so smoothly to stop the Crime Rate.

4. Unlawful Activities Prevention Act: Many Regional parties supported the Govt in passing this bill in both houses of the Parliament. This bill mainly contains an amendment that allowed an individual can be declared as Terrorists. Mr. Amit Shah had said that this Act will not be misused and also there will be a four-stage Scrutiny to be done by officials. But there are some disadvantages also one of which is The Central govt can declare any individual as Terrorist if they believe he is involved which is real mischief in the bill.

5. The Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Bill, 2019: It replaces an ordinance came into effect on 21st Feb 2019. The Bill makes all type of Declaration of Talaaq, which includes Written or Electronic form, void and illegal. Now no Muslim men can give their lady an instant and irrevocable divorce which generally happened in the form of pronouncing the word "TALAQ" thrice in one sitting by a Muslim man to his wife and results in an instant divorce. Muslim women have welcomed this bill as they felt that Women will be empowered by came into existence of this type of law. Despite it was being opposed by the opposition in Parliament, It was passed by both the houses. The bill includes Allowance for the lady and Custody of their children and many more Terms and conditions.

6. Removal of Article 370 and Formation of two new UT's in replacement of a State: One of the toughest and shocking decisions of MODI Cabinet was the Removal of Article 370(except one section) and lost the Statehood of J&K and reorganized it into two new States named J&K and Ladakh. The Decision was taken by govt when there is no state legislature in the State. Moreover, President Rule has been imposed there over a year. So this was done with the help of Governor and Central Govt, Keeping people of J&K in silent mode. Ministers are saying this is to be done to remove terrorism and to develop J&K and Ladakh area.

7. The slowdown of Economy: India's GDP growth for the first quarter of FY20 slumped to 5 percent(the lowest in 25 quarters or in six years). Key Indian Factors are facing the effects of a slowdown as they continue to trim the jobs. But the govt is yet to acknowledge that Indian Economy is going through a period of slowdown. Almost all Indian sectors including auto, manufacturing, agriculture, FMCG, real state and construction have slumped badly. Also, Foreign investors are also constantly pulling out their capital from the Indian market. All major Indian Companies from Biscuit to Automobileshave seen the record falldownover the last few quarters, forcing them to call out for support from the government. Indian Rupee has again become one of the worst-performing Asian Currencies.  This is the steepest decline in the Indian Currency in the last six years. It could be worse if the precautions are not taken on time. Also, this all lead govt to take a heavy amount of money from the RBI but still Govt is saying All is going well.

8. Mission Chandrayan-2: The one and most important task which makes everyone stick to their TV in the late night and that is our mission Chandrayan-2 to capture information of moon's Lunar Surface in the first attempt. As the process is still in continuation Lets see what information we get as we lost communication from Vikram Lander which is to be land on Moon's Surface. I am attaching a link below to go through my previous blog which was based on this. Please go through it and share your feedback.

MISSION CHANDRAYAAN-2 : SUCCESS OR FAILURE ?

AS A INDIAN, EVERYONE IN THE COUNTRY WAS WAITING FOR THIS DAY. WE WERE AWAKEN TILL 3 AM. I WAS VERY SURPRISED TO SEE THAT  THE MOSTLY PEOPLE WERE STICK TO THEIR TV SCREEN IN THE LATE NIGHT, JUST TO SEE THE LANDING OF OUR SATELLITE ON MOON'S SURFACE BECAUSE OF OUR BELIEF ON OUR SCIENTISTS. BUT UNFORTUNATELY, IT DID NOT HAPPEN ACCORDINGLY WHAT WE EXPECTED.

AFTER  TRAVELLING A DISTANCE OF APPROXIMATELY 3.8 LAKH KM AND THEN, HOWEVER, AT ABOUT 1:52 AM (IST), THE LANDER DEVIATED FROM ITS INTENDED TRAJECTORY AT AROUND 2.1 KILOMETERS (1.3 MI) FROM LANDING, COMMUNICATION WAS LOST AND APPARENTLY CRASHED. I CAN SEE EVERY EYE FULL OF TEARS BECAUSE AFTER ACHIEVING 99 % TASK AND THEN YOU FAILED TO MAKE IT 100 % WE  CAN UNDERSTAND HOW ONE IS FEELING NOW.

FROM "ALL IS NOT LOST " TO "A BROKEN DREAM" THERE IS A MIXED REACTION IN FOREIGN MEDIA. SOME OF WHICH ARE AS FOLLOWS :

1). India loses contact with Chandrayaan-2 Moon lander during its descent (The New York Times)India’s attempt to land a robotic spacecraft near the moon’s South Pole on Saturday appeared to end in failure.
2)Chandrayaan-2: India's second moon mission may have failed as scientists lose contact with probe (The Telegraph)
The Indian space agency lost contact with its Chandrayaan-2 lunar mission on Friday night, in a setback to the nation's ambitious plan to land an unmanned probe near the south pole of the moon.
3). India’s first lunar lander falls silent just before  touchdown (National Geographic)
An Indian spacecraft’s unprecedented attempt to make a soft, controlled landing in the moon’s south polar region has ended in excruciating silence: Shortly before touchdown, the robotic lander Vikram—part of the Chandrayaan-2 mission—fell out of contact with mission control.
4). Missing lander or no, India’s Chandrayaan-2 mission isn’t over (Quartz)
It looks like India won’t become the fourth nation to softly land a robot on the Earth’s moon today.
5). India’s first attempt to land on the moon appears to have failed (The Washington Post)
India’s first attempt to land on the moon went awry early Saturday when the country’s space agency lost contact with the lander as it neared the lunar site, minutes before touchdown was expected.

BUT WILL IT AFFECT OTHER PROJECTS OF ISRO?

THE ANSWER IS BIG NO. THE ISRO CHAIRMAN DR. K SIVAN SAID IN A MEETING WITH DOORDARSHAN TEAM THAT WE HAVE VARIOUS MISSION IN COMING MONTHS. AND WE WILL IMPLEMENT ALL OUR PROJECTS AS PER PLAN.

IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY OF COMMUNICATING AGAIN WITH VIKRAM LANDER?

ADDING WITH HIS WORDS, MR. SIVAN HAD STATED THAT OUR SCIENTISTS WILL TRY TO CONTACT THE LANDER FOR THE NEXT 14 DAYS AS LIFE SPAN OF LANDER IS OF 1 LUNAR DAY WHICH IS EQUAL TO 14 EARTH DAYS. DR. SIVAN DESCRIBED PM MODI AS A "SOURCE OF INSPIRATION AND SUPPORT". "HIS SPEECH GAVE US MOTIVATION. IN HIS SPEECH, THE SPECIAL PHRASE THAT I NOTED WAS: ONE SHOULD NOT AIM FOR RESULTS WITH SCIENCE BUT FOR EXPERIMENTS, FOR EXPERIMENTS WILL LEAD TO RESULTS," HE SAID.
DR. SIVAN IN AN INTERACTION WITH DD NEWS:

WHAT IS THE GOOD THING WE HAVE SEEN IN THIS SO FAR?

WE ARE GETTING SUPPORT FROM ALL THE PEOPLE OF OUR COUNTRY AS WELL AS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES ON THIS ISSUE. AND I STRONGLY SUPPORT OUR SCIENTISTS APPROACH AS I BELIEVE THAT THERE IS NO EXPERIMENT WITHOUT FAILURE AND EACH FAILURE WILL LEAD US TO NEW INVENTION. AND EVERYONE HAS FAILED SOMEWHERE IN OUR LIFE BUT THAT DID NOT STOP US IN LIVING THE DREAMS WE ALWAYS WANTED TO LIVE. ALSO, WE HAVE SEEN OUR PRIME MINISTER ENCOURAGING THE EFFORTS OF CHANDRAYAN-2 TEAM AND CHEERING THEM FOR THEIR FUTURE PROJECTS WHICH SHOWS THE POSITIVE SIDE OF HIM AS A LEADER OF THE COUNTRY. HERE IS A ATTACHED VIDEO CLIP OF MR. MODI'S SPEECH
