First is the importance of political stability and policy continuity. Second is the concern for mutual security, cooperation in counter-terrorism built deep mutual trust between India and Bangladesh. This trust helped deal with many complex issues facing the relationship. The third is to depoliticise issues of enlightened national economic interest.
